Enrights' vision was to never be a run-of-the-mill saw mill. As such the business required a classy website that informed customers of what they offered as a business and build their credibility for new customers. The business also wanted to take their online presense to the next level with a fully-fledged shopping cart cart platform converted into a quoting system for regular buyers such as tradies and builders.
Being a quality provider in the industry, Enrights is capable of providing any type of wood types and lengths and as such the quoting platform needed to support a whole host of product types, as well as additional custom products that a shopper could request with the rest of the quote in one hit. This would in turn save both Enrights and their customers time, as well as provide a very easy way for customers that are constantly n the go (e.g. tradies and builders) to build a full quote on their phones or tablets without having to call or go in to the Sawmill.
iSonic met the brief for Enrights with a dynamic engaging website with full quoting facility to save both staff and customers time and add additional value. Phase one of the site build was to upgrade the existing website with a 'responsive layout' that would detect the device viewing it and rearrange itself to best fit the window available. Phase two of the build was the installation and customisation of a Joomla shopping cart platform based on the widely popular Open Cart system. This customisation allowed customers to add products with custom options to a 'quote cart'. Instead of checking out though as would be the case with a normal cart, they made an enquiry that contained each of the products as line items. This was then emailed to Enrights staff and copied into the customer for the manual sales process. As an added bonus, all quote requested are stored in the database of the website and can be used for future marketing efforts.
